Passions and goals:
Hi there! Read on to learn more about my life and why you can trust me to provide the legal services you need. I, Thomas Mason am a husband to an incredible woman I met in college. Together we have two beautiful children. Along with my family, I enjoy healthy living, spending time with family and friends, as well as making a positive impact on people’s daily lives. Other passions include sports, more specifically basketball and golf. No one knows what tomorrow might bring. For this reason, I feel it is important for everyone to have a plan in place for the future. My goal is to share my knowledge and help individuals have the necessary estate documents they need.

Skill set and expertise:
I have helped multigenerational families. My clients vary from those of high net worth to single individuals just starting out with a new career. I have helped my clients by advising them on how to handle a variety of claims and disputes. I strive to be empathetic, honest, and patient toward all. This doesn’t mean that I shy away from speaking up when necessary. I pride in being there for my clients.
I am very dependable. Being an attorney, I stay up to date with laws and regulations. I have over 7 years of experience working as a Chief Compliance Officer at a SEC RIA firm. I also have a long history of helping at risk youth.
Prior to joining the SEC RIA firm, I worked for a civil litigation firm handling a variety of cases. These cases involve the Uniform Commercial Code, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, foreclosure litigation, alleged mortgage fraud, and other state and federal statutory and common law claims. Finally, I serve on the board of a highly respected local SoCal corporation.
Education:
I graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature. In 2010, I received my Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the California Western School of Law. I remain an active member of the state bar association.
